Terry & Tiffany McConnell

Before their life as full-time missionaries Terry was an engineer/EMT with the Fort Worth Fire Department, and Tiffany taught for 13 years as flute teacher in the Burleson, Texas public school system. In 2016, Terry and Tiffany felt called to leave their careers in the states and be obedient to God's call in their lives to live & serve at Eagle's Nest. Within 9 months they had sold, or given away, most of their earthly belongings and moved to Guatemala.

Currently, their shared roles at Eagle’s Nest include hosting/coordinating short-term mission teams, planning projects, coordinating community service opportunities, and assisting in the management of the 50+ staff at Eagle's Nest.

In addition to their directorial roles at Eagle’s Nest, Terry & Tiffany both serve as active board members on the Nido del Águila board.
